Looking across the deck.

And here's our TV. Nancy and I have no TV, just a radio and this pellet stove which we sit around each night and enjoy each other.

This is about 1 1/2 miles down river from our house.

The very next day Dec 5th and river was frozen over.

Yes, it was that cold and that the river froze over night.

Those are cracks in the ice that grew as the day warmed.
