I mean us Polar Bears.Another TV station setting up and the Fire Rescue Truck.The Fire Rescue Team standing by... just in case.It looks like the Water Rescue Team is starting to get ready.And people are starting to gather at the water's edge to see just what they'll be jumping into.Here's what we'll be Plunging into.Crusty shards of frozen ice.
