Before the Luau we visited Banyan Court Park in Lahaina, here is Nancy and Steve beneath the park's Banyan Tree which was planted in 1873.

This Banyan Tree was 8 feet tall when it was planted in 1873, now it's over 40 feet tall has 16 trunks and a circumference of 0.25 miles. This tree is HUGE.

Before the Luau we strolled the grounds sipping countless Mai Tai's.

Here is Steve sitting at our table before, he is in the very center of the photo.

These are Pandanus trees.

All drinks were included in the Luau. As they didn't have Pabst I stayed with the Mai Tai.

And here's the steam cooked pig.

The next few photo's are of them unearthing our dinner.

While the pig was being uncovered they told us about traditions behind blessing and cooking the pig.

The pig is smoked under banana leaves. Yumm.....
