We were 7-9 this year, 2017.The Milwaukee Fire Department's Dive Rescue Team parked right behind us on the beach. Here's the Dive Team checking out the situation. And here's the 3 foot ice shelf we had to climb down.Look out the Polar Bears are starting to gather...... and more Polar Bears...... and more...... oh NO !!! I've been spotted. The offical Milwaukee noon tempature was 2 degrees above.Support Team member Kathy.Support Team member Wayne.Support Team member Mike. Our beach neighbor's were looking cold so I asked them to warm-up by our fire. It turned out they had a ton of 2x4 cut-offs but never build a fire so they fed our fire with their wood and we all stayed warm.Mike was our Bradford Beach DJ. Mike spun 45's for all of us Polar Bears and Support Team members to enjoy. Here's Kathy rock in out to the tunes.
