All we need to do is cross this last streem. As you approach the falls there are two streams you must cross. This is the second, Nancy stayed back at the first stream.Waimoku Falls are some 400 feet tall.The hike to the Waimoku is about 1.8 miles.The hike to the falls follows the Pipiwai Trail. The Pipiwai Trail is part of Haleakala National Park.The Haleakala National Park has $10 per car fee. The park pass is good for 3 days, so you can view the sun rise on Mt Haleakala and a day or so later us it again to hike to Waimoku.
